Lipidomics is the large-scale study of lipids, which are essential molecules in any biological system. This analysis provides key information on cell signaling, metabolic pathways, and the development of various diseases.
We offer a comprehensive lipidomics service focused on the precise characterization, identification, and quantification of lipids in biological samples. We are a specialized team with extensive experience in the analysis of mammalian samples, and we also have expertise in other systems such as yeast, viruses, or plants.
To ensure maximum sensitivity and specificity, we use high-resolution mass spectrometry techniques via a UPLC system coupled to a Cyclic IMS with cyclic ion mobility. This advanced technology allows us to separate and identify lipids with high resolution, improving their subsequent quantification.
The primary objective of the service is to provide quality data that helps interpret the complexity of lipid pathways and their functional impact. The service is designed to meet the needs of both academic researchers and biotechnology companies.

We perform a comprehensive analysis of multiple lipid subclasses, including:
For each subclass, the different lipid species are determined based on the associated fatty acids and the number of unsaturations.
We offer a complete service that includes the preparation, extraction, analysis, and quantification of the different lipids present in the sample. Additionally, we provide personalized scientific advice at all stages of the project, from experimental design to the interpretation of results.
